I have never danced before. Can I join?
Absolutely. Our Beginner and Body Ballet classes are designed for adults with no prior experience — most of our students started from zero.
From what age do you accept children?
We welcome children from 5 years old. Kids and teen groups are formed by age and level, so every child trains comfortably.
What should I wear to my first class?
Anything comfortable that doesn't restrict movement — leggings and a top are perfect. Socks are fine for the first lesson; we'll advise on ballet shoes afterwards.
How do I book my first class?

How big are the groups?
